Levy Department

This department monitors the compliance level of all persons, businesses, and employers. In that regard, it verifies the accuracy and timeliness of the contributions received, monitors delinquency and pursues the same in an effort to bring accounts up-to-date, and collects, with the approval of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, all contributions made to the Education Levy Fund.
