About The Unit
This department provides technical support and maintenance of the network, computers, printers and related equipment in the Government’s Primary and Secondary Schools, EMIS Project, Computer in the Schools’ Project, Board of Education Offices and Digicel Computer Labs that are situated on the school compounds.

The roll number is your abcde profile number. They usually seen as AB-AS-S-0000 for a student or AB-AS-T-0000 for teachers.
Your roll number remains the same even after transferring to another public secondary school.
Open your ABCDE app, swipe right on the left side of the screen, select “Settings”, then select “WiFi”. Connect to your desired WiFi spot.
The abcde Username is your roll number which can be found on the tablet box and underneath the keyboard and password 4123
If your books are not visible, make sure you are connected to the internet and tap the Sync button located on the lower right side of the screen. Wait for a few minutes for your books to be loaded.
Stolen tablets are to be reported to the police headquarters within 48 hours of the incident occurring.
